Environmental
Policy Statement
The Andrews Partnership are committed to maintaining, and wherever possible,
improving the quality of the environment, both for the people working
for the Company and for the wider community. This commitment is reflected
in policies that seek to make the most effective and efficient use of
resources, encouraging employees to develop an ecologically sound approach
to their work and lifestyle.
To meet this commitment, The Andrews Partnership will:
- Monitor its use of energy and maximise the efficiency with which it
is used
- Regularly monitor and review its acquisition, use and disposal of
materials. When materials and equipment are purchased, preference will
be given to items produced in ways that cause least harm to the environment
and that, wherever practicable, create least waste Encourage the reuse
of paper within the office where Client confidentiality is not compromised
- Seek to make the most efficient use of paper where distribution of
information on printed paper is essential. The Company is continually
investigating new ways to develop non-paper based methods of distributing
information
- Wherever possible, encourages employees to issue / distribute internal
and external documentation electronically
- Encourage the reuse of paper within the office where Client confidentiality
is not compromised
- Collect paper products for recycling
- Where practicable, encourage employees to make more effective use
of public transport
- Encourage all employees
to participate in achieving the goals of the Company's Environmental
Policy
